Making progress on the road

I'm spending Spring Break in Oxford, England. We're vacationing and relaxing. So far, we've spent a lot of time at Warwick Castle where reenactors are reenacting the War of the Roses.

I've finished my first strip -- I did the Roman Rib on it.

And I'm about halfway through the second one. I chose the zig-zag lace for it. It's turning out a little wider than it should but I'm just going to go with it because I don't have any other needles with me.

Maybe it won't be as long as I thought before I catch up with everyone else!

How COOL is that?!?! I said it was a great traveling project, but mine never left the country! Looks like you will be caught up in no time.

And don't worry about the width being slightly off. The garment is not fitted, so minor inaccuracies should not be a problem.
