The Kimono That Could

The Sample Stitch Kimono knit a long was just a quick idea. I had used the construction technique in other classes before, maybe it would work for an "online/offline" class of sorts. But what if no one was interested -- or worse yet -- only a few were interested. It would be a lot of work!

But instead over 50 people have signed up so far. Most of which without ever seeing a finished product because I started working on my sample as soon as I posted the idea. But now that the sample is done, it is getting rave reviews. And the biggest fan is probably ME! I love the comfort of wearing it in any number of situations. Just enough to keep the chill off, loose like a wrap or shrug, but enough structure to stay put. I love it when a plan comes together -- and this one really did!

Definitely planning to wear it some at Stitches as it is the PERFECT layering item when dealing with the classrooms! I look forward to seeing you too.
